Authors are encouraged to deposit published PDFs into university archives and subject-specific open access repositories.

Perpetual DOI Access

Persistent Crossref Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration guarantees perpetual resolution and citation tracking.

Digital Archiving & Preservation

OASIS Journals is committed to the permanent preservation of all published scientific research. To ensure that published content remains accessible into perpetuity, all articles published across OASIS Journals are archived in Portico, a leading digital preservation service.

In the event that OASIS Journals operations are disrupted or cease to publish, content stored in the Portico dark archive will be released to guarantee perpetual public and academic access.

As a SHERPA/RoMEO Green publisher, OASIS Journals grants authors complete freedom to archive preprints, accepted manuscripts, and final publisher PDF versions on any repository of their choice.

Author Self-Archiving Policy

We believe in maximizing research visibility. Under our self-archiving policy, authors retain full permission to self-archive their work in:

  • Institutional Repositories: University digital libraries and institutional research archives.
  • Subject-Specific Repositories: Academic databases such as arXiv, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or PubMed Central.
  • Personal & Lab Websites: Author personal homepages, faculty directory pages, or departmental websites.

Recommended Archiving Guidelines

When self-archiving any version of your paper, we recommend including the full bibliographic reference and the article's persistent DOI link (e.g., https://doi.org/10.xxxx/oasis...) to facilitate citation tracking and reader verification.
