Manuscript Handling Fees (APC)

As an Open Access publisher, OASIS Journals does not charge subscription fees to readers or academic institutions. All articles published across our journals are freely accessible over the internet immediately upon publication.

To cover essential operational costs — including peer review coordination, editorial salaries, DOI assignment, web hosting, server maintenance, and permanent digital archiving — authors are required to pay a fair Manuscript Handling Fee only after their paper is peer-reviewed and accepted for publication.

There are zero submission fees. If a manuscript is rejected during peer review, the author pays nothing.

Journal Handling Fee Schedule

Journal Title Handling Fee
International Journal of Security, and Development Research $100 USD
International Journal of Management and Social Sciences $100 USD
International Science and Technology Research Journal $100 USD

Waiver Policy & Financial Support

At OASIS Journals, we believe financial constraints should never prevent high-quality research from being published. We offer partial and full fee waivers to researchers from institutions with limited research funding:

  • Low-Income Countries: Eligible authors may receive up to a 75% fee waiver (or a 100% full waiver upon evaluation of extreme financial hardship).
  • Lower Middle-Income Countries: Eligible authors may receive up to a 40% fee waiver.
How to Apply for a Waiver

To apply for a fee waiver, send a formal request to support@oasisjournals.org after manuscript submission. Please include your Manuscript ID Number and a brief statement detailing the reason for requesting financial support.
