Upholding rigorous ethical standards, COPE compliance, double-blind evaluation, and zero-tolerance protocols for scientific misconduct across all OASIS journals.
All named authors must have made substantial direct contributions to research conception, design, execution, or interpretation.
Automated screening via iThenticate on every manuscript. High similarity indices result in immediate rejection.
Duplicate or concurrent submissions across multiple journals or languages are strictly prohibited.
Data fabrication, image manipulation, and artificial citation inflation are grounds for immediate sanctions.
OASIS Journals expects all authors, reviewers, and editors to adhere strictly to international publication ethics. Maintaining research integrity ensures reader confidence, protects academic repute, and advances genuine scientific knowledge.
OASIS Journals aligns with the guidelines and flowcharts set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to investigate and address suspected cases of misconduct.
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work. All listed authors must review and approve the final submitted manuscript and agree to be accountable for all aspects of the research. Ghost, gift, or guest authorship is strictly unacceptable.
Plagiarism involves passing off the ideas, words, or data of another as one's own without appropriate attribution. OASIS Journals utilizes the iThenticate similarity screening software as the mandatory first step of pre-review evaluation. Any submission exhibiting uncredited duplication or excessive textual similarity is immediately rejected.
Authors must not submit the same manuscript (or substantially similar work derived from identical dataset analysis) to more than one journal simultaneously. Submitting identical work translated into another language to multiple publications is likewise considered unethical duplication.
Fabricating research results, manipulating raw measurements, or misrepresenting photographic image data is unethical. In suspected cases of data tampering, OASIS Journals follows COPE flowcharts to request raw underlying datasets or notify institutional ethics committees.
Manuscripts must contain only relevant, scholarly references that directly support the research findings. Irrelevant self-citation aimed at artificially boosting citation metrics, or forced citation of specific journal articles, is strictly prohibited.
